On-Camera, Chat Moderator & Audience Engagement Specialist
We’re looking for a dynamic TikTok Live Host to lead our livestream strategy with charisma, creativity, and confidence. This isn’t just about going live — it’s about driving real-time engagement, converting viewers into fans (and customers), and becoming the face of our brand in one of the fastest-growing channels in e-commerce.
Role Overview:
As a TikTok Live Host, you’ll be responsible for planning and hosting livestreams that are fun, fast-paced, and high-converting. You’ll be on camera, managing audience interaction, asking questions, reacting to comments, showcasing products, and keeping the energy high throughout. You’ll also work with our creative and product team to plan each live, prep key talking points, and bring the brand to life in a relatable and authentic way.
Responsibilities:
• Host TikTok livestreams with confidence, humor, and clarity — you’ll be the face of our channel.
• Engage with the audience in real time — answer questions, shout out viewers, and keep the conversation flowing.
• Moderate the chat and create a positive, inclusive, and entertaining environment (no trolls, no dead air).
• Drive traffic and conversions by effectively showcasing products or key talking points.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prep scripts, key talking points, promo hooks, and product demos.
• Develop and pitch segment ideas — icebreakers, trivia, giveaways, Q&As, games, and viral-friendly moments.
• Track performance (views, watch time, conversion, engagement) and give feedback to improve future streams.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt your hosting style to reflect evolving audience preferences.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience hosting live video — TikTok, Instagram Live, Twitch, YouTube, or other streaming platforms.
• Comfortable on camera with a natural, energetic presence.
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and viral formats.
• Ability to think quickly, improvise, and keep things moving under pressure.
• Experience moderating a live audience and diffusing awkward or off-brand moments.
• Access to a clean, well-lit filming environment and reliable internet connection.
• Background in acting, content creation, customer experience, or hosting is a plus.
