As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales department.
Role Description
As an SDR at TKO Workforce, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing relationships with potential clients to create opportunities for our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers
- Qualify leads through effective communication and discovery to assess fit and interest
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot preferred) and sales tools
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
