Our Human Resources team is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to support HR systems, data management, and process optimization. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology and analytics while working closely with HR professionals to enhance system efficiencies.

Main Accountabilities

• Contribute to HRIS projects as assigned including SuccessFactors system projects
• Support HRIS system updates, testing, and troubleshooting
• Perform research on internal and external topics as required
• Assist and maintain records of HRIS processes, presentations and correspondence and ensure materials are easily retrievable in both written and electronic format. 
• Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
• Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed 
• Responsible for uploading (i.e. Employee Central) and maintaining employee personal files
• Assist with data entry and research

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Business Administration at Sophomore level or higher
• Must be extremely organized, accurate and demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quick and work under pressure with minimal supervision 
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters in a professional manner
• Must be extremely dependable and prompt
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including an ability to connect videoconference calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs as well as expertise in utilizing the Internet
