A Pharmacy Director contributes to AHF by overseeing Pharmacy Operations and is the Pharmacist-In-Charge, as required by the Board of Pharmacy. As a clinical pharmacist, you will work in an innovative environment that strives to improve, develop, and implement new systems and processes that help ensure AHF maintains and improves our cutting-edge services that enhance the lives of our patients. A Pharmacy Director enhances the reputation of AHF by collaborating with colleagues and team members to provide innovative clinical services and by sharing ideas, learning from others, training, and networking. The Pharmacy Director in an AHF co-located Healthcare Center/Pharmacy is an active member of the overall Tetrad Management Team of the HCC/Pharmacy unit. You will be passionate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a Pharmacy Director, it is crucial to ensure that AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Pharmacy Director will work as part of a close-knit team to make valuable contributions to all locations by helping bring “Best Practice” ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures, and policies throughout the organization. Attending various internal and external meetings that may be assigned such as conferences and training is also part of the role.
