Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of patent litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial strategy.
2. Conduct thorough examinations of witnesses and depositions.
3. Develop and implement litigation strategies to handle complex cases effectively.
4. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
5. Represent clients in court and argue motions.
6. Conduct legal research and analysis on matters of patent validity and infringement.
7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
8. Stay updated with current laws and regulations within the legal industry.
9. Work closely with clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their case and legal needs.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or Washington, DC.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation.
