Job Summary:
We are excited to offer summer internship opportunities across key departments of our credit union. Interns will gain valuable, hands-on experience supporting our teams in Human Resources, Lending, Finance, and Accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing careers in financial services and people operations to develop their skills in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary by department, but may include:

• HR: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HRIS data entry and other office administrative tasks.
• Lending: Support loan officers with application processing, member services, documentation and other office administrative tasks.
• Finance: Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, operational finance tasks and other office administrative tasks.
• Accounting: Support general ledger tasks, reconciliations, monthly reporting activities and other office administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in High School (Junior & Senior) or Under-Graduate or Graduate School (Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

• Prior internship or part-time work experience in a financial institution is a plus
• Interest in credit unions and cooperative finance
