Essential Job Functions of General Labor position:$26.58 per hour, shift may vary, shift differentials• Perform machine operator functions to include feeding materials into and operating semi-automatic equipment• Perform palletizer operator functions to include operation of semi-automatic equipment to stack finished product on pallets• Various clean-up tasks, part sorting, and filling in for operators when needed• Train to become a certified Forklift Driver, Palletizer, and Packaging Operator• Read blueprints and drawings, handbook specifications, equipment manuals, part lists, etc.• Perform all other duties as assigned by managementJob Requirements:• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, use decimals and fractions• Good English speaking and writing skills• Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printersExperience and Education:• High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Requirements:• Previous experience in a manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements:• Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods while running machinery up to 12 hours• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 poundsLIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
