MV Transportation is seeking an? Electronics Technician ?who will be responsible for Drive Cam, SEON video recorders, two-way radios, Trapeze MDT (AVL) system, Mobile Eye Collision Avoidance, tablets, and on-board wireless. Company paid training, general ability and experience with Electronics and computers needed for vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Completes scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance / p .m .s on all electronic systems, subassemblies and control devices.
• Inspects, diagnoses, removes and repairs electronic systems, equipment and devices.
• Determines the source of trouble.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts or makes changes as instructed.
• Uses testing equipment (meters, oscilloscopes, test bench and mock-up).
• Executes field repairs on road failures as needed.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Talent Requirements:

• Knowledge of electronics to perform inspections, diagnosis, removal and repair of equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
• Must have own hand tools; major items supplied.
• Valid state Driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.

Starting pay rate: $34.83/hr
