VIP STAFFING SOUTH DALLAS is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join a company located in Grand Prairie, TX. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Assistant Controller Responsibilities:

• Responsible for multi-location plants for accounting/Finance and Controlling.
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Revenue.
• Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site.
• Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions.
• Prepare forecasts of income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows for the Plant.
• Able to handle internal and external audits, especially Big 4 auditors.

Assistant Controller Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong background in accounting principles and practices
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
• Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
