Position Summary: Dreamscape Destinations is seeking a Work From Home Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Manage schedules and appointments for clients and team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

- Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates.
- Maintain organized records of travel bookings, schedules, and client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support to clients and team members as needed to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
