In this people-focused pastoral staff position our ideal candidate would use their leadership, administration, communication, and shepherding gifts as they provide leadership for the development and oversight of the St. Charles Campus women's ministries. The women's pastor serves as a key contributor on the strategic development of community groups and adult ministries programs, events, and initiatives for the campus and together with the senior director of discipleship, this role sets the direction for women's ministries in consideration of the needs and resources of the campus.
