Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Packer to become an integral part of our team for a Manufacturing Plant in Mooresville, NC! You will help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities. Do you have experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment packing, packaging, inspecting, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Shift(s):

12 hour shifts: 6:30pm to 6:30 am or 7:00pm to 7:00 am

8 hour shifts: 8:30am to 5pm or 8:30pm to 5am

Day shifts pay $16/hour (regardless if Part Time or Full Time)

Night shifts pay $17/hour (regardless if Part Time or Full Time)

Compensation:

• Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity

Responsibilities:

• Provides support for the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect products for defects and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.
  
• Notifies the Supervisor of quality issues as they arise.
  
• Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure a quality product.
  
• Maintains good housekeeping practices, able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Able to complete basic mathematical calculations and follow standard work instructions.re quality product.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or other related fields preferred but not required
  
• Ability to handle physical workload, perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods of time
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong organizational and cleanliness skills
