About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director/VP of FP&A to join their team. This critical role involves managing the financial planning and analysis functions, with a focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and heavy interaction with senior management and the board. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business lines, conducting in-depth variance analysis, leading a team of analysts, and developing financial models for M&A. The position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a multi-location, multi-LOB environment. Applicants for the Director/VP of FP&A position at the company should have a background in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Key requirements include experience in a similar role within a company with a significant revenue base, preferably with private equity exposure, and a strong understanding of financial operations, particularly in a multi-location, multi-LOB setting. The ideal candidate will have a robust skill set in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as experience in M&A financial modeling and integration. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to provide direct support to the board and executive management. A CPA certification is preferred, and the role demands a detail-oriented individual with a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and team management skills.
