PeopleShare is looking for motivated TIG Welders in Richmond, VA
Job Details for TIG Welder:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 1st shift 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- 2nd shift 3 pm - 11:30 pm
- Pay Range: $24-26/hour
- Temp to Hire
Job Responsibilities & Description for TIG Welder: - Set up and operate TIG welding equipment to weld and fabricate on aluminum, copper and sheet metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine job requirements
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements for TIG Welder: - Must be able to pass nationwide background check and pass drug screen
- Must have 1-2 years of TIG Welding experience
- Must be able to pass welding assessment
- Commit to showing up to work everyday without calling out
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be communicative in hiring process
- Must be willing to train
- Must be career-driven
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
