The SEO Strategist operates in conjunction with account leadership on issues related to SEO strategy. This role builds and maintains strong working relationships through daily SEO team interaction and is a key contributor in all day-to-day tasks and projects. This individual works closely with peers from Media, Paid Search, Social, Creative and other disciplines to support the vision and SEO strategy.

Core Craft Skills

Actively engages in understanding the search and social landscape as well as best practices through participation in internal training programs.

Demonstrates an effective client service orientation.

Writes META data, performs KW research, creates reports, surfaces insights, presents SEO recommendations.

Exhibits emerging relationship skills (clients, internal team and partners).

Participates in cross-functional initiatives to better understand Razorfish service offerings.

Connects current data insights/tactics with longer-term strategy objectives.

Consistently prepares well thought out solutions, answers and ideas.

Possesses strong reporting skills; exhibits attention to detail and a proven ability to solve problems.

Has become an expert in relevant SEO tools.

Client Exposure

Presents performance results clearly to both internal and external clients.

Facilitates regular client contact, communications and distributions of deliverables.

Team Leadership

Aids in on-boarding of new personnel and mentoring of Search Coordinators.

Agency Leadership

Contributes to internal company newsletter and shares insights / information on internal company calls.
