Responsibilities:

• Spearhead recruiting and delivery efforts
• Coordinate all temporary staffing assignments in your territory
• Maintain service to current clientele.
• Continuously build a database of qualified candidates
• Interview, screen, and facilitate candidates for assignments
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

Compensation: Starting at $30,000 (based on experience) PLUS Bonuses
Available Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Qualifications:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)
• Previous experience in Staffing & Recruiting is preferred
• General knowledge of labor and employment practices
• Ability to network and connect with people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have a working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Google Apps.
