Overview: Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Photographer to join the Intercontinental Exchange team, based at the NYSE. This pivotal role within our marketing team involves collaborating with our Creative, Social, Marketing Communications, Listings, and Capital Markets teams. The Staff Photographer will report directly to the Senior Manager of Photography and oversee end-to-end workflows, including event photography, headshots, portraits, editing, and content delivery. Responsibilities Photography: Independently handle photoshoots, making necessary photographic decisions, and producing content from capture to review. Editing: Edit and file images with a strong attention to detail and consistency, maintaining our digital asset management (DAM) system and photo library. Collaboration: Work proactively with on-site creative teams to understand specific brand and art direction. Assist as a second photographer on shoots when needed. Maintenance: Care for provided photo gear and adhere to defined photo guidelines to maintain visual brand objectives. Flexibility: Be available for evening events and adjust your work schedule accordingly. Efficiency: Partner with the Manager on daily/weekly shot lists and priorities to maximize productivity. Knowledge and Experience Experience: 3+ years in event photography (red carpets, sports, politics, large events, celebrities, and athletes), photo editing, and digital camera usage, especially Canon. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom), Photo Mechanic, and Mac OS. Strong photojournalistic and creative photography instincts are essential, with studio photography experience being a plus. Communication: Strong ability to engage with subjects and team members positively and enthusiastically. Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and deliver in a high-energy environment. Adaptability: Willingness to receive and implement feedback from leadership. Schedule This role is onsite in our Wall Street New York office. New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 85,000 - 115,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchanges incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
