Note to applicants: This role is located in Austin, TX. Who You Are: As the Sr. Marketing Manager - Amazon, you will be responsible for driving the media strategy for Nutrabolt's AMZN business, including tentpole events, including Prime Day, Cyber Monday, and Black Friday. You will work closely with the agency executing AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and DSP (Demand-Side Platform) campaigns and collaborate with our creative team to ensure brand consistency and impactful creative execution.
This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.
What You're Good At: - Media Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and own the media strategy for key tentpole events (Prime Day, Cyber Monday, Black Friday)
- Collaborate with the agency to execute AMS and DSP campaigns effectively and efficiently achieving both ACOS and TACOS targets
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed goals
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling brand and creative strategies
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all Amazon marketing efforts
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights
- Utilize data to inform and refine media strategies and creative approaches
What You Contribute: - Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Amazon marketing
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing AMS and DSP campaigns
- Experience in developing and executing media strategies for major retail events
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Other:
- Passion for health and wellness and familiarity with the Nutrabolt brand portfolio
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Organized and highly attentive to detail. Ability to effectively communicate decisions to total business impact
- Ideal candidate will be data driven with clear examples of how data influences their decisions and leads to growth
- Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
