Job Description

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team! Your mission is to bring the Cha Cha Matcha brand to life across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — blending our playful, high-energy culture with the unparalleled quality of our product, while accelerating the growth of our DTC channel!

You’ll be responsible for not just managing social — but building a content machine, growing a community, turning on our social commerce and making sure Cha Cha stays part of the cultural conversation.

You’ll also support our internal team culture by helping produce content that fuels employee training, brand education, and team connection.

Content Strategy & Creation (External)

• Develop a monthly content strategy that ladders up to our three brand ambitions.
• Lead the entire content creation process:
• → From ideation and trendspotting
• → To copywriting, creative direction, and execution
• → To posting and engaging in real-time
• Create a mix of high-quality, entertaining, educational, and aspirational content that balances fun, culture, and product storytelling.
• Maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic and brand voice that feels premium but never pretentious.

Community Building & Engagement

• Actively engage with our community — from responding to DMs and comments to hyping up our biggest fans.
• Develop creative ways to turn followers into true Cha Cha loyalists — through interactive content, user-generated content, and real conversations.
• Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and superfans who align with the Cha Cha world.

Social Commerce & TikTok Shop Activation

• Architect and execute a social commerce strategy with a primary focus on TikTok Shop — helping drive product awareness and direct sales.
• Create product-focused, entertaining content that converts — blending our brand world with TikTok-native shopping behavior.
• Stay informed on platform best practices, tools, and emerging trends in social e-commerce to ensure Cha Cha Matcha is leading in this space

Internal Content Creation (Employee Culture & Training)

• Partner with our Operations and People teams to create internal-facing content that strengthens team culture and builds brand knowledge.
• Develop short-form training videos, culture-building content, and fun internal communications to help employees feel informed, inspired, and part of the Cha Cha Matcha movement.
• Ensure the same creative energy, clarity, and high-quality production is applied to internal content as it is to external social channels.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor content performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
• Use data to continually refine and optimize content strategy, creative direction, and posting cadence.
  

• 3+ years of social media management experience (brand, agency, or creator-side)
• Proven ability to concept, create, and post high-quality content across Instagram and TikTok
• Video-first content with minimal production resources
• Not afraid to push boundaries and take risks
• Excellent communicator
• Experience building and engaging social communities
• Strong creative instincts and an eye for design, tone, and storytelling
• Strong writing skills and visual communication chops
• Experience working with lifestyle, F&B, or premium consumer brands
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
