Client Overview: Our client, in the beauty space, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team!

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute engaging social media content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and inclusive online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize results and reach targeted goals.
  • Brand Advocacy: Maintain and promote the company’s brand voice across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement in tone and style.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to produce compelling visuals, videos, and copy that align with overall campaigns.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends, industry best practices, and platform updates to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of social media strategy.

Social Media Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a social media manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Previous experience in the luxury or beauty space is a MUST.
