SAP Planner
Denver, CO

System One is currently seeking an
SAP Planner on a 12 month contract position located in Denver, CO.

SAP Planner Responsibilities:

• Create work orders, purchase orders, purchase requisitions and non-work order PRs for our engineers in SAP.
• Will work off a workbook that you will populate and submit.
• Monitor some of the metric reports, one of which is called an inactive report; if a project has gone 90 days without any spend activity, it shows up on this report.
• Monitor that report an work with the project leads to get the projects off that report or to resolve any issues.
• The resource/team will work with the project leads.
• Help resolve anything such as submitting extensions, submitting the closeout for them.
• Partner with the business area finance, business area accounting and with Capital asset accounting and supply chain regularly.
• Generate WBS elements or requesting the generation of them via our MDO (master data online) tool.
• Hands on for anything SAP related for our project engineers an our project leads.

SAP Planner Requirements:

• Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel (pivot tables), Outlook, Teams, etc.
• Meeting set up
• PowerPlan experience would be nice to have
• Strong professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess root cause analysis, critical thinking/analysis skills
• Exhibit proper workplace etiquette

Duration: 12 months

Location: Denver, CO

Pay Rate: $27-32/hr
