The Role: As a Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, working to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with clients. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiations, focusing on the unique benefits and value of our product range.
- Address customer needs and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to strategize effectively.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall performance.
- Engage in regular store visits and account servicing, including outside of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and market insights for management review.
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the grocery or related industry.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Arabic or Punjabi Speaking Candidates are highly preferred.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to lift and carry products weighing up to 20kg.
