We are seeking someone capable of leading up to 15 In Home Sales Professionals towards higher sales, while recruiting, training and developing new sales personnel.At its core, Closet Factory is a Sales Organization... This is done in a Design oriented environment which appeals to many creative people. As a result, the Sales Manager can easily become the individual that will mostly define the level of overall success the organization has.
Responsibilities
* Developing salespeople and creating a team of dynamic, focused successful people
* Hiring and training
* Increasing sales including Self-Generated business
* Developing business with contractors, interior designers, architects, real estate brokers and people of the trade
* Setting sales strategy by partnering with internal and external groups and using a combination of efforts to include benchmarking competition, updating value selling and points of differentiation.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of direct sales experience
* Significant personal experience managing sales people. In-Home experience especially good experience to bring.
* Have innovative ideas how to motivate people
* Positive attitude and a team mentality
* Computer experience in Word and Excel; experience with Sales Force is a plus. Design software will be a part of the knowledge base
