We work hard and collaborate to create our dynamic culture. Job Summary This role will be responsible for overseeing, mentoring, and growing a sales development team. The Sales Director will be accountable for developing and implementing lead-generation strategies for the sales team to meet lead appointment targets and go above and beyond quota. Our Sales Director should be passionate about coaching and developing sales professionals and have a knack for streamlining processes. Must be up to date with prospecting and cold outreach best practices in an effort to educate the team on new business acquisition using a short sales cycle and high-velocity motion. Compensation The base pay for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 with a bonus commission plan with earnings up to $150,000 (Total OTE for this role is $300,000) Job Responsibilities Qualifications
