As a Restaurant Marketing assistant (RMa) your primary goal is to help the Restaurant Marketing Director (RMD) with executing all activities; increasing the awareness of the Chick-fil- A brand in our local trade area and surrounding communities. You are expected to build new relationships and maintain existing ones by demonstrating personal behaviors that have a positive impact on those you come in contact with.

Your Impact

  • Effectively using all appropriate social media and engage the community with the business
  • Fielding donation requests.
  • Building relationships with current and ‘new’ partner organizations.
  • Maintaining all marketing materials, point of purchase merchandising, and menu promotions ‘up-to-date’ in the restaurant.
  • Storage of all marketing materials (including event tents, cows, supplies, etc.) in neat orderly fashion.
  • Planning/running marketing events
  • Preparing food as needed for special events/large outside sales orders and serving as host, as needed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Provide hospitality and positive influence within your team and the community
  • Participate in an upbeat, record setting environment with top quality products

Background Profile

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude, coachable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Experience with computers including Microsoft Office, Social Media sites, and creative graphic design (preferred)
  • Flexible availability (20+ hours per week) - specific hours vary depending on scheduled events
