Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential settings. The technician must have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while working on HVAC systems
  • Communicate with customers to explain services performed, recommend additional services, and answer any questions regarding HVAC systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management

HVAC Installer Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to HVAC systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in HVAC systems preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer/Technician with a strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment, including diagnostic instruments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
