Job Description

Purpose:

We are looking for an individual with strong character, who has a positive, professional demeanor with supervising capabilities. You must enjoy change, be a fast learner, team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is the first contact for our residents and visitors. As such, the perfect candidate shall promote the professional approach of this organization both in appearance and the attitude of friendly courteous service to all.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years office / clerical experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist or equivalent role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors to the office and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Answer switchboard console in a professional manner routing calls as necessary.
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintain reception area
• Other duties as required
