\n What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
\n• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work while monitoring Andon occurrences.
\n• Utilizing process confirmation to verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
\n• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and coaching problem resolution to the lowest level.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a high school diploma or GED and possess safety experience along with Six Sigma certification (Black or Green Belt).
\n• Bring knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and prior experience managing a unionized workforce.
\n• Are able to multitask and work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in challenging situations.
