Job Description

About Us: Alan Health (formerly Alan Meds) is a telehealth platform dedicated to personalized, results-driven wellness solutions. We specialize in providing affordable access to GLP-1 medications and expert care, with a focus on weight management and expanding into other wellness areas. Our mission is to make personalized health care more accessible, empowering people to achieve better health outcomes through innovation and flexibility. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with their accounts and orders. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who share our commitment to customer care to join our remote team.

Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Product Manager to support the development and growth of our platform. You will play a key role in defining and executing product strategies, collaborating across teams, and contributing to bringing new ideas to life. This role requires a proactive attitude, autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment. If you thrive on working collaboratively, making informed decisions, and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, this is the role for you. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our NYC office, and reports to the Product Lead.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Define and assist in defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements in alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to support product development from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development and prioritization decisions.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and business impact.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in direction and business priorities to keep projects moving forward.
  • Drive project timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and leveraging it to enhance the user experience and product functionality.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics and user engagement, making data-informed decisions for product iteration.
  • Participate in user feedback sessions, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions for product strategy development.
  • Support the coordination of product launches and post-launch analyses.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Proven analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with agile product development processes and tools such as JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-starter with adaptability and eagerness to learn.
  • Proven ability to make informed recommendations and decisions under guidance.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Prior start-up experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with user research methods.
  • Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 annually. We have a market-based compensation structure, and the salary for this position may vary based on a candidate's experience, technical skills, and location.
