You will be responsible for executing, coordinating, and helping to manage investigative work in Civil and Criminal cases. This includes case assignments, critical deadline scheduling, process serving, internet research, interviews, field work, social media research and preservation, drafting professional reports, proofreading, scene analysis and impeccable case management.
Applicant must have the ability to analyze documents, interpret facts, clues and evidence. Excellent writing skills a must and experience in the legal or investigative research field a plus. Up to date computer skills are essential.
Applicant must be coachable and have the ability to navigate a busy and sometimes stressful caseload. Only those with a “do what it takes attitude” should apply. Job requires you to track and bill your time, much like an attorney.
Salary is contingent upon experience and qualifications. Eligibility for salary increase after training and / or 6-month probationary period. Benefits package includes vacation, sick leave, health, dental and Simple IRA plans along with paid parking and cell phone allowances. Applicants must have a good driving record and reliable transportation ( your own car ), along with the ability to pass a FBI background check.
Job Type: ONLY Full-time Position available (Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend work as necessary)
