Pressure Washing Technician

The Pressure Washing Technician will be pressure washing, power washing, and cleaning for commercial clients. We clean building exteriors, manufacturing environments prepared surfaces, new construction sites, floors, and heavy equipment. Our work is rewarding. Every day you can go home knowing that you helped leave something in better shape than you found it! This position will be a Night Shift with normal hours scheduled as 10:30 PM-6:30 AM

What You Will Do:

• Preparation of company vehicle and equipment in accordance with daily work orders. This includes but is not limited to: loading tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
• Ensure that fellow crew members have completed prep as needed.
• Operation of company vehicles (25’ flatbed truck or standard truck with trailer in tow) to and from work sites.
• Assessment of job site to include a plan of action and communicating this plan to the crew and to the customer.
• Performance of pressure washing, scrubbing or sweeping in a quality minded manner
• Inspection of completed jobsite area to ensure that work is fulfilled to the customer's satisfaction and standards.
• Completion of all post-job related paperwork and submit to the office
• Performance of basic repairs on equipment as needed.
• Inspecting company vehicle and equipment for maintenance issues and communicate any issues to maintenance department..
• Respectfully and clearly communicate with the customer, sales staff, maintenance shop, office staff, and fellow crew members.
• Performing snow removal duties on routes designated by supervisor

What You Will Need:

• Current & valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience is required, CDL is a plus.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
• Attention to detail.
• Great attendance and reliability.
• Not afraid of heights (we occasionally work on ladders or scissor lifts).
• Available for Flexible scheduling. Our work schedules and start times vary with weather.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• A willingness to come in every day and find ways for us to improve from the previous day.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods of
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder or work off the ground.
• Will require driving between company locations.
• Overnight travel- 10% or less
