Company Profile

Our client is an international manufacturer of point of purchase displays and decorative wire products. This is a job shop style factory environment that is not temperature controlled and certain areas may be very loud. Due to the variable nature of production requirements, employees are cross trained in multiple areas of the operation. This ensures both continuity in manufacturing as well as stability in employment for our Team Members. Given that, attendance is a critical success factor.

Powder Coater Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)

• Responsible for ensuring parts are painted properly according to customer specifications while meeting all quality standards.
• Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts as needed.?
• Perform required quality checks.
• Load parts correcting onto line.
• Changing hanging patterns as needed.
• Department housekeeping.

Powder Coater Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently?
• Ability to wear full body suit.
• Basic knowledge of reading part blue prints and knowledge of maintaining paint line functionality.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Basic computer skills.?
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs.
• Previous experience with powder coating.
