Radia is one of the largest, most progressive radiology groups in the nation and we are looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our team. The organization is based in Lynnwood, WA just north of Seattle. Candidates would ideally be based in one of the Washington communities we serve - Seattle, Olympia, Vancouver. Candidates with the right blend of experience would be considered for remote work, with some travel required.

Ideal candidates will have a strong customer focus and be technologically adept. The Physician Recruiter works with various Recruiting stakeholders and assists in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies, including logistics, sourcing, candidate tracking, screening, interview coordination and employment agreement generation. Ensures Radia’s recruiting standards and commitment to equal employment opportunity are met.

Responsibilities

  • Phone Screen: Phone screens candidates to assure fit for the organization. Markets position and organizational information spotlighting why Radia is the preferred employment choice.
  • Job Description Creation: Working with Medical Directors and Recruiting Teams, generates and continually updating physician job descriptions including sites of services/duties, compensation and QGenda shifts.
  • Candidate Interview Itinerary and Travel logistics – coordinates the interview itinerary elements and travel to various locations in Radia.
  • Employment Agreement Generation – Working with Contracting Team, generate offer letter and employment agreements.
  • Candidate Tracking Database: Utilizes applicant tracking database (ATL). Makes updates as needed. Sources information to the organization post-hire to trigger onboarding process.
  • Candidate Evaluation – seeks feedback of interviewers to determine if an offer will be made.
  • Physician Leadership Support – Updating Leadership regarding candidate and radiology marketplace trends, and topics for Leadership consideration.
  • Trade Show Recruiting Booth – Coordinate booth, elements, marketing materials and social events to engage candidates at Society meetings (2-3 trips/year required).
  • Sourcing: Utilizing various advertising/social media options, maintains and posts position openings. Maintain sourcing success metrics.
  • References Process – Gathers candidate’s references, collects reference survey or facilitates Radia Physician reference collection by sub-section.
  • Post-Offer Recruitment Notification – work with internal staff to assure credentialing, licensing and onboarding processes are triggered and departments are notified of the new hire and start date.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of 2-5 years’ experience in Provider recruiting.
  • Experience and working knowledge of employment practices with an aptitude for interviewing, and public speaking.
  • Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) Certification preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly salary range $38.19/hour to $58.24/hour. Salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.
