*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PC Technician in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will be A+ certified and possess a strong attention to detail. This role requires punctuality, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills.

• Key Responsibilities:*
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for computer systems and hardware.
• Utilize the Service-Now platform to manage and track service requests.
• Perform data backups and restorations within the Windows OS environment.
• Rebuild and configure computer systems following established procedures.
• Work with large datasets using Microsoft Excel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 and Active Directory.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay updated with new technology and continuously learn new IT processes.
• Qualifications:*
• A+ certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Punctual and reliable with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Service-Now platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets.
• Experience with computer rebuilds and data backups within Windows OS.
• Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
