Our client, a leading organization in Manufacturing Industry , is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Part-Time Executive Assistant , you will be part of the Executive Support Team , supporting the CEO, CFO, and SVP of HR . The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Manage and coordinate complex calendars for executives.
• Follow up on emails and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
• Process and track expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide system administration support as needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
