Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
• Help manage donor records and contributions.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
