Cpl Healthcare in partnership with the State of Guernsey is looking to recruit Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses and Midwives for the positions below, these are full time positions on the beautiful Island of Guernsey.

Clinical Areas

•Neonatal Nurse - Band 6

•Midwife - Band 6

•Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Department

Job Highlights:

Position : Staff Nurse (Band 5), Older Adult Mental Health
Salary : £36,899 - £42,779 BAR £43,954 - £47,590 per annum
Location : Guernsey, English Channel
Type : Full Time

Requirements:

Essential :
- Degree/Diploma in related field (RGN / Midwifery)
- Good understanding of English (verbal and written)
- Clear communication skills
- Full NMC registration on the mental health division
- Two years mental health recent experience
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Leadership skills for developing junior staff
- Caring, empathetic, and creative
- Good physical fitness
