Your Role as a Nurse Call Technician:
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing nurse call systems in healthcare environments, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Key responsibilities include:

• Install and wire CAT5e/CAT6 cables, audio/non-audio devices, and nurse call systems (e.g., control panels, annunciators, and patient stations).
• Program, test, and troubleshoot systems for functionality and compliance.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to minimize disruptions during installations.
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and system integration with other healthcare technologies.
• Train healthcare staff on system operation and maintenance.
• Document installation processes, configurations, and maintenance activities accurately.
• If you have any voice data or low voltage installation experience, and are interested in cross training into this specialized technology dedicated to the healthcare industry, apply for consideration.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
