• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Payment Management: Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, and other inquiries.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation.
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support: Assist with month-end closing processes and other finance-related tasks as needed.

• Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing financial data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
