Job Description

The Environmental Services Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department. He/she assists with the development of departmental plans, policies, and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies.

• Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED - CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
2+ years environmental services/housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting - required
Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a customer service/support service function - required
High school diploma/GED required
