NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant

Philadelphia, PA (Day1 Onsite)

Role Description:

NetSuite Finance-Functional Consultant at the Philadelphia, USA . The NetSuite Finance-Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing NetSuite solutions, and providing end-user training and support. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting business process assessments, and identifying opportunities for system optimization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in NetSuite implementation and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Ability to assess and improve business processes.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good business process knowledge including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc.
  • Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP, AR, GL).
  • Strong business requirements/process documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings.
  • Ability to deliver on time with high quality.
  • Should have End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers.
  • NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct User Workshops, document processes, assist in UAT.
  • Understand business processes, capture use cases, and perform gap analysis.
  • Maintain NetSuite users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
  • Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
  • Develop training materials and hands-on training for all functional areas.
  • Assist in Go-Live, Hypercare support.
  • Provide insight into ERP, CRM data to staff, managers, and executives.
