Job Title: Medical Assembler II Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company Duration: 12 Months Location: Redmond, WA 98052 Work Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon to Fri) Pay Range: USD 15.00 /hr - USD 23.85 /hr Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous medical device or related assembly experience. Skills: Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and learn new procedures due to product line and technology modifications. Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions in English. Ability to use basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must be able to work in a clean room environment and follow clean room practices and procedures. Ability to perform repetitive work per set procedures, sequence, and pace. Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Processes, and Lean Manufacturing preferred. Fine motor skills, dexterity, and eye coordination to assemble small parts using both hands. Proficiency in operating manufacturing and measurement equipment. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Teams), MS Windows, and site-specific PC programs. Other Considerations: Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day. Responsibilities Purpose/Summary: The Assembler II is responsible for assembling high-quality medical devices in accordance with established quality and manufacturing processes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble, inspect, and test medical devices per manufacturing processes. Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors on priorities and assignments. Work on one or multiple product lines as directed. Accurately document information on device history records. Cross-train on multiple product lines as directed. Apply LEAN principles to improve metrics. Report material shortages to Assembler Lead or Supervisor. Perform quality checks for product defects. Verify component accuracy before assembly. Operate equipment such as microscopes, test equipment, ultrasonic welders, and rulers. Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines.
