Job Description

A sustainable Energy components manufacturer in beautiful Pensacola, Florida, seeks a financial manager with a clear track record of success in financial leadership over a manufacturing business.

• Formulate and drive financial targets and performance.
• Oversee internal and external financial reporting.
• Manage finance department employees.
• Conduct annual budgeting and regular forecasting.
• Handle accounting processes and statutory reporting, including VAT, transfer pricing, and cash management.
• Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed asset accounting.
• Produce regular statutory performance reports, including P&L, balance sheets, budget versus actual overviews, cash flow reports, and variance analyses.
• Report capital requirements to the parent company & approve bank payments.
• Supervise company assets, liability, vehicles, etc., insurance, and manage fuel cards.
• Build strong relationships with bankers, auditors, and statutory organizations.
• Potential to take on additional responsibilities beyond finance.
• Develop and implement ERP solutions for more efficient accounting processes.

Experience and Qualifications:

• CPA with a degree in accounting is ideal
• Min 7 years experience in finance with management experience.
• Manufacturing industry working experience (i.e. production with standard costing)
• Excellent skills in ERP, Microsoft word and Excel, Outlook
• Preferable experience with ERP Business Central
• Strong numerical and financial skills, with experience working with budgets, monthly accounts, forecasts, and business planning.
