A Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides virtual psychotherapy and medication management services while operating their private practice. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, marketing support, and hassle-free insurance processing for both clinicians and patients. Ideal candidates are fully licensed professionals seeking to grow their practice with support from Headway in a mission to enhance access to mental health care.

Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Wage: Between $90-$120 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
