ROLE DESCRIPTION: Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance and Financial Services Position (Life Insurance Focused) - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Possess excellent communication skills.
- Display good analytical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Life/Health Insurance License
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
- Prior State Farm experience preferred
