Mainco is looking for a skilled elevator technician whom can repair and maintain elevators.

Summary
As a Licensed Elevator Mechanic, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge, schematics expertise, and electrical experience to ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevators. Your premium skill in hydraulics will be instrumental in maintaining hydraulic elevator systems. With industrial mechanic experience and a focus on field service and industrial maintenance, you will excel in diagnosing and resolving elevator issues promptly. Your strong customer service skills will also be essential in interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Elevator Mechanic Requirements:

• Must have a valid State of Florida Certificate of Competency
• Valid Drivers License
• Minimum of four (4) years as an elevator maintenance/repair mechanic
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Willingness to work flexible hours for on-call rotation as well as weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, co-workers and customers
• Must have the physical capability to lift at least 50lbs

Elevator Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance route and service calls
• Repair, operator, maintain and repair all types of elevator equipment and systems
• Perform required annual inspections
• Ensure proper operation of elevator to ensure compliance with required regulations and codes
