Investment Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Investment Analyst to support the optimization of our healthcare and pharmacy-related financial operations. In this role, you’ll analyze and manage a diverse portfolio of programs to drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze a portfolio of projects to ensure financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate data related to healthcare services such as claims processing, formulary management, and pharmacy network performance.
• Collaborate with legal, clinical, compliance, and operations teams to improve portfolio outcomes.
• Monitor industry regulations, trends, and market shifts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for senior leadership on financial performance, strategic insights, and compliance alignment.
• Support the rollout of new healthcare initiatives and ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect portfolio performance.
• Partner with leadership to align portfolio strategies with broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
