Applicants should be fellowship trained in critical care medicine and possess wide knowledge and practical skills in critical care medicine. Applicants need to be able to obtain a California Medical License. Compensation & Benefits The starting base compensation ranges from $350,000 to $420,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank.
