#31325: Broker Support Specialist – Hybrid (NY)

Location: Greater Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse area (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 1-year contract with potential for hire

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to broker inquiries via phone, email, and online, ensuring timely and professional support.
• Assist with onboarding new broker groups and account renewals.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Work onsite 1-2 days per week as needed to assist with mailings and operational tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience within the past 3 years working for a licensed NY insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business software.
• Must obtain a NYS Life, Accident & Health license within six months of hire.
