Position Overview: As a Residential New Home Construction HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on estimating and designing HVAC systems for new residential construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of industry professionals, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Size and design HVAC systems using industry-standard software.
• Prepare ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Complete permitting documentation and energy calculations.
• Estimate material and labor costs per project.
• Maintain accurate records and adapt documentation to reflect onsite construction changes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Prior experience with Wrightsoft and EnergyGuage software preferred but not required.
• Physical capability to perform desk work and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
